A LITTLE HISTORY

At the end of the 19th century the pastry chefs made their cakes following the tradition of the Bavarian castles. In 1887, a young Alsatian, Etienne Gobel, decided to open a factory in Paris and produce copper and brass molds.
It did not take long to become a leader in his field. In 1919 he moved to Tours to expand and at the end of 1930 he already sells some 2000 different products for both home and professionals. In 1940 he came to Belgium and Morocco, later England and the United States, where he valued the art and experience of French cuisine.
Nowadays, the modern bakery appreciates without question the original and fine shapes of the molds and GOBEL articles manufactured 100% in France.
